Mr. Sam Roofus, DME,BBA,MBA is a renewable energy leader with 26 years experience in Renewable Energy Industry who held key roles at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Shell Solar, and INKEL Limited. Specializing in business development and project execution, he has spent over two decades driving strategic solar initiatives and sustainable growth through successful large-scale energy projects.

PRADEEP RUSSEL

General Manager (Operations)

Pradeep Russel is a Graduate Engineer and General Manager with over 24 years of experience in R&D, Electrical Substations, and Renewable Energy. Having held key roles at ANERT, Solgen Energy, and INKEL Limited, he specializes in the design and execution of large-scale power projects and government-led sustainable energy initiatives.

Chief Technical Officer

Biju VR is an engineering expert with over 26 years of experience in the detailed design and execution of MW-scale projects globally. With a career spanning leadership roles at Shell Solar India, Wipro Eco Energy, and Shan Solar, he specializes in delivering complex renewable energy systems and large-scale infrastructure projects.

JOSEPH V K

Chief Technical Consultant

Joseph V K is a BTech and MTech (Power Systems) engineer with nearly three decades of expertise. A Fellow of IEI and Chartered Engineer, he served as Chief Engineer at KSEB and Senior Consultant for Smart City Thiruvananthapuram, specializing in MW-scale renewable energy and large-scale power system infrastructure.

Associate Vice President

Rejo John is holding an MBA with PG in Marketing Management and an ODCP from Florida, USA with 30+ years in Business Development, Corporate Training, and Leadership Coaching. Experienced in building scalable learning solutions across Microfinance, Insurance, Telecom, and Aviation. Proven track record in driving performance through strategic training initiatives, leadership development, and sales capability enhancement.
